About the Role
This role is responsible for the delivery of advertising operations for campaigns, overseeing detailed elements of multiple projects, tracking metrics, identifying issues, and making adjustments. The Advertising Operations Executive will collaborate with clients across Digital and Print to obtain and upload advertising assets for publication across UK and US / ROW Digital and Print Brands.
Responsibilities
- Manage the trafficking, creative asset upload, and troubleshooting of digital ads across platforms and ad servers.
- Set up, monitor, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and display networks.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Content, Sales teams and clients directly to execute client campaigns on time and within budget.
- Continuously analyse campaign performance and implement optimisation strategies to improve efficiency, ROI, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the data team to prepare and deliver performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, and analytics) to ensure campaigns align with client expectations.
- Assist in managing advertising budgets and ensuring cost-effective campaign delivery.
- Address and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tagging, or tracking.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Provide precise reporting, forecasting, and pacing to help the business hit financial targets.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their goals, messages, and success metrics to boost retention and increase spend.
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team to increase client investment.
- Keep client data up-to-date and track progress within the delivery system.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure all aspects of delivery are executed flawlessly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Knowledge in digital media, with a deep understanding of its nuances and best practices.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills for project execution.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for high-level conversations with customers.
- Ability to cultivate and strengthen client and internal team relationships.
- Sharp understanding of customer objectives and outcomes, with the ability to prioritize efforts and resources.
- A dynamic, hands-on approach, consistently driving success, improvement, and new opportunities for growth.
- Strong ability to manage, track, and analyse data with accuracy.
