About the Role

As a Relationship Banker, you will represent the Chase brand by providing exceptional hospitality and financial solutions. You will play a key role in acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships by leveraging financial knowledge and cutting-edge technology to meet client needs and contribute to branch success.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive and friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
  • Manage assigned clients through proactive in-person and phone meetings to build lasting relationships.
  • Understand financial needs and tailor product and service recommendations.
  • Engage in consultative communication to build trust and anticipate client needs.
  • Educate clients on technology solutions including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
  • Learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to address specialized financial needs.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
  • Proven success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships.
  • Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63), and Life licenses within 180 days of hire.
  • Subject to Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements.
  • Subject to NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008.
  • Employment contingent on review of criminal history, credit report, and NMLS information.
