About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the General Manager and act as her direct sparring partner on operational and tactical levels. You will lead the Front Office Supervisors, F&B Supervisor, Housekeeping, and operational staff, ensuring optimal collaboration and high service quality across all departments. Additionally, you will manage budgets and forecasts, analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and implement concrete actions and innovative solutions. You will demonstrate strong operational involvement, be present on the floor to support the team, and be capable of independently managing the hotel in the General Manager's absence.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the hotel.

Requirements
- HBO work and thinking level, preferably in a commercial, tourism, or hospitality field.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, with responsibility over multiple operational departments.
- Results-oriented with an emphasis on high-quality guest service and coaching leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in setting up, measuring, and managing KPIs (e.g., guest satisfaction, revenue, costs, employee satisfaction).
- Inspiring leader who is creative, empathetic, and a true team player.
- Ability to maintain an overview, make decisions in critical moments, and act decisively.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to work irregular shifts if necessary.

Salary/Compensations
- Starting from period 4 of the Horeca CAO in scale 11 from € 4,451.86 per period
