About the Role

AHRC NYC seeks a Part-Time Project Coordinator to assist in day-to-day program operations in Austin, TX, ensuring high-quality customer service for contract partners and support for neuro-diverse employees. This role offers the opportunity to make a difference and live your passion daily.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day supported employment program operations, including scheduling, timesheets, staff communication, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide dedicated customer service to assigned contracts and management, fostering positive relationships to expand contracts.
  • Act as a liaison between contract customers, local partner rehab agencies, and AHRC NYC to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Represent AHRC NYC as the primary contact for all stakeholders in the Dallas region.
  • Identify potential new partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for contract customers and program participants.
  • Coach and instruct staff as needed.
  • Enforce site standards as defined by each contract customer.
  • Offer on-site support to program employees and temporarily cover for support staff when necessary.

Requirements

  • Must be highly motivated with the ability to take charge.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Two years of customer service and project coordination experience.
  • Experience in special education and/or working with neuro-diverse individuals or those with intellectual/developmental disabilities is highly desired.
  • Some HR and/or training experience is a plus.
  • Must demonstrate compassion, curiosity, creativity, and optimism.
