About the Role

We are seeking an IT Operations Engineer to support, configure, and maintain multiple systems across various technology stacks, including desktop environments, network infrastructure, and application platforms. You will collaborate with specialized teams to build and maintain the infrastructure powering our trading operations, respond to tech support requests, build and configure Windows, Linux, and macOS systems, support Windows domain infrastructure, monitor critical systems, and optimize workflows. Additionally, you will design, build, and maintain automations using code to streamline IT support tasks and improve scalability. Success requires exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills, real-time troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technically sophisticated users.

Responsibilities

Support, configure, and maintain multiple systems across desktop environments, network infrastructure, and application platforms.
Build and maintain the infrastructure that powers trading operations.
Respond to tech support requests.
Build and configure Windows, Linux, and macOS laptops, desktops, and servers.
Support Windows domain infrastructure.
Monitor critical systems.
Optimize workflows and processes.
Design, build, and maintain automations with code to streamline recurring IT support tasks.
Reduce manual toil and improve team scalability.
Provide day-to-day support to end users.

Requirements

Strong experience administering Windows desktop and server environments in production, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and related tooling.
Experience troubleshooting MDM for iOS, macOS, and Android devices on platforms such as Omnissa Workspace ONE or Jamf.
Experience with, or interest in, supporting and optimizing platforms and tools such as Chocolatey, Google Workspace, and Bloomberg.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English.
