About the Role
VIVE Collision is seeking a reliable, quality-driven Auto Body Technician who is ready for a better opportunity. We are not a typical body shop; we follow OEM repair procedures, invest heavily in training, and prioritize our people. Join a team that invests in its employees and works with purpose.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs
- Complete light non-structural repairs including sanding, finishing, and bumper work
- Follow proper blueprinting and disassembly procedures
- Identify additional damage and communicate with the estimator
- Use proper safety equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area
Requirements
- Ability to read estimates and follow written instructions
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 80 lbs. and perform physical repair tasks

- I-CAR or OEM training
- Blueprint reading

- $65,000 - $125,000
