About the Role

Identify and contact relevant influencers and management across various sectors on major social platforms for performance-oriented campaign collaborations. Convince potential partners with attractive conditions and negotiate win-win situations. Act as a point of contact for influencers, clarify contractual matters, guide new partners through setup, and monitor campaign execution within an established network. Represent the company at events to recruit new influencers and brand representatives, continuously expanding the partner network.

Responsibilities

Identify and contact relevant influencers and management across various sectors on major social platforms for performance-oriented campaign collaborations.
Convince potential cooperation partners of the benefits of remind.me for their communities with attractive conditions.
Negotiate results-oriented to achieve win-win situations.
Serve as the point of contact for influencers within the online marketing team.
Clarify contractual questions regarding cooperation.
Guide new partners through the setup process.
Monitor the implementation of campaigns within an established network of existing partners.
Represent the company at events to recruit new relevant influencers and brand representatives.
Continuously expand the partner network.

Requirements

Familiarity with all common social media channels.
Experience in influencer marketing (agency or company side).
Team player with an open, communicative, and engaging personality.
Ability to approach potential partners specifically and engagingly.
Confident negotiation skills.
Creative, strategic, proactive, and meticulous work approach.
Flawless German language skills (written and spoken, C2 level).
Familiarity with common software tools like HubSpot.
