About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, spotless and immaculate tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment by use of a power dishwasher and a 3 bay sink
- Keep an organized kitchen and dish area making sure all clean equipment is returned to the proper place and department.
- Follow all established procedures to meticulously clean station at end of the shift
- Prep food which might include; peeling vegetables, cutting fruits, and packaging product as needed with training provided.
