About the Role

Gastico Berlin is the exclusive caterer at the Bertelsmann Group Representation Unter den Linden 1 in Berlin. We cater exclusively for the events of the group and its companies, providing a perfect experience for employees and guests with attentiveness, engagement, and a smile.

Responsibilities

• Execution of events including preparation and follow-up
• Welcoming and attending to our high-profile clientele during events
• Responsibility for timely mise-en-place
• Instruction, leadership, and motivation of external service staff
• Conducting independent meetings
• Ensuring smooth service operations
• Organization of warehouse, goods receipt, and inspection
• Thorough knowledge of the food and beverage offerings

Requirements

• Enjoyment of professionally implementing events and creating unforgettable experiences for guests
