About the Role

The Access Care Representative is the first point of contact for patients, responsible for scheduling, registration, financial compliance, and customer support. This role requires collecting accurate data for billing and processing while maintaining a professional and caring demeanor.

  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology (preferred).
  • Experience with scheduling (preferred).
  • Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) (preferred).
  • Current driver’s license (preferred).
