About the Role
As Global Sales Co-ordinator, you will provide organisation and support to the company’s global sales team in the UK, Europe and Middle East, coordinating a wide range of sales activities and representing the team at events.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales trips, trade shows, client events, and showcases.
- Support the planning and delivery of sales initiatives.
- Organise educational trips and events, including invitation production, venue sourcing, guest list management, hotel liaison, and travel coordination.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of Opera and RF CRM systems.
- Support the production of monthly reports and performance insights.
- Manage conference, events, and entertainment pipeline tracking reports.
- Organise, attend, and participate in team meetings, taking ownership of follow-up actions.
- Provide administrative support, including appointment scheduling, travel and accommodation bookings, expense submissions, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Act as the central point of contact for office administration, managing telephone enquiries, circulating information, and overseeing stock levels.
- Provide administrative and commercial support for RFP submissions.
- Assist sales managers with data entry, reporting, and event coordination.
- Handle entertainment, conference, and incentive group enquiries, ensuring accurate recording and tracking.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date records for effective enquiry management and reporting.
- Act as the first point of contact for new enquiries in the absence of the Conference & Incentive Sales Manager.
- Identify suitable hotel options and coordinate the distribution of client briefs.
- Manage the proposal process from initial enquiry to client presentation.
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to client proposals in line with brand standards.
Requirements
- Highly organised and proactive individual.
- Experience in sales coordination, sales support, events administration, or hospitality sales.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements, managing expenses, processing invoices and purchase orders, and supporting event logistics.
- Experience organising events, client functions, educational visits, trade shows, or other customer-facing activities is advantageous.
- Ability to manage sales enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Strong commitment to customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
