About the Role

The Delivery Administrator provides crucial administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth and secure delivery of assessments. The administrator's efforts contribute directly to maintaining the integrity of the assessment process and achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the review of all supporting assessment documentation.
  • Order assessment materials and equipment as required.
  • Support with packing activities and organising couriers for transporting materials.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Delivery team.

  • Proactive individual with excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Eager to learn and driven to provide excellent service.
  • Desire to make a difference and build a career in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and efficiently.
  • Personable and able to build rapport easily with candidates.

  • Must not be barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.
  • Successful applicants will be required to undertake a Basic Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
