About the Role

Join Boots Hearingcare on a fully funded, paid 56-week training program to become a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser. This program combines classroom learning with hands-on clinical experience, offering support from experienced clinicians and trainers. Upon successful completion and HCPC registration, you will advance to a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist role with a salary increase.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical skills and confidence to deliver exceptional hearing care within a defined scope of practice.
• Learn to conduct hearing assessments and support customers throughout their hearing care journey.
• Develop practical clinical skills alongside experienced Hearing Aid Audiologists.
• Build knowledge through structured workshops, online learning, and guided study.
• Complete written and practical assessments throughout the program.
• Maintain a Clinical Competency Logbook to demonstrate development.
• Receive regular coaching, feedback, and milestone reviews.
• Gain experience working across clinics while delivering outstanding customer care.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer care.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a structured training program.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel between clinics as required.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Hold GCSE (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and Science at grade 5 (High C) or above (evidence required).
• Ideally have relevant clinical experience, e.g., within a hearing care support or healthcare role.
• Be able to work 37.5 hours per week, including some weekends.
• Be willing to study independently and travel as required.
