About the Role
Originate and build data-driven and AI products in an entrepreneurial and global role within an innovative international team.
Responsibilities
- Manage AI products to generate significant value for ING and its customers.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, UXers, and Engineers in early product stages to discover product potential, user problems, and validate prototypes.
- Develop go-to-market approaches and potential business models in later product stages.
- Lead multi-disciplinary squads in product building or manage product management in larger squads with complex commercial/organizational challenges.
- Manage stakeholders up to a very senior level.
- Coach and guide junior Product Managers.
- Develop structured product concepts from abstract ideas and lead prototyping.
- Demonstrate thought leadership internally and externally.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience as a product manager, strategy consultant, or similar role.
- University degree; Top MBA holders are encouraged to apply.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
Skills
- Good understanding of innovation and product management methodologies such as Lean, Agile and Design Thinking.
- Understanding and enthusiasm for technology, advanced analytics and data science methods.
