About the Role

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the synchronization and management of activities related to educational conferences under the direction of the Complex Joint Reconstruction (CJRC) Education Director.
• Serves as the main liaison between the HSS Education Department and CJRC, delineating tasks to the administrative manager as needed.
• Plans, organizes, executes, and manages all close-out procedures for conference activities.
• Attends all conference-related activities to ensure organization and serve as the point of contact for the Education Director and participants.
• Solves problems and maintains open communication channels before and during conference dates.
• Works with the Education Director to develop the CJRC Education Program and ensure development milestones are met on a per-project basis annually.
• Provides support for all Education committees and assists the Education Director in program development and structure.
• Presents concerns and challenges associated with sub-programs under the Education umbrella.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure the CJRC Education Program meets internal and institutional standards, goals, and timelines.
• Ensures open communication among all invested parties.
• Develops, supports, and crafts the digital media presence.
• Provides project support for CJRC Clinical and Research fellows on education-oriented tasks.
• Assists in synchronizing research activities within the CJRC as they relate to sub-programs and conferences under the Education umbrella.
• Maintains the CJRC Media Library.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required.
• 1 year of Healthcare/Research experience required.
• Experience with Education/Learning/Training Data management systems including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and other industry-specific software programs.
