Responsibilities
- Supervise the fitness floor
- Develop wellbeing plans and exercise programmes
- Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes including Spin, boxing, HIIT, and Les Mills
- Provide exceptional customer service including personal training and payment processing
- Conduct fitness assessments and facility inductions
- Provide members with technique guidance, training, and lifestyle advice
Requirements
- Strong background in corporate or commercial fitness
- Level 3 fitness qualification or equivalent
- CIMSPA registration
