About the Role

We provide end-to-end services for the introduction and construction of application systems and system infrastructures using Oracle products, regardless of industry or business type. This includes organizing and improving business processes prior to system introduction, selecting systems for introduction, establishing product utilization policies and rules, and providing consistent services from requirements definition through design, development, testing, migration, and post-introduction stabilization support, with upstream processes primarily handled in Japan and development conducted offshore.

Responsibilities

Participate from the planning and design phases of Oracle product introductions, analyze current business processes, identify tasks for systemization, and promote the construction/revision of business processes with customers to enhance introduction effects.
Contribute to projects with appropriate team assignments in a project structure with a comfortable scale and an at-home atmosphere, where each individual has discretion in their work.
For Finance/Supply Chain: Communicate with customers from the planning and design stages of projects introducing accounting and SCM applications using Oracle products, define requirements, perform basic design (Configuration design), and handle development, testing, migration, and post-introduction stabilization support.
For Technology: Primarily focus on infrastructure construction using technologies like Oracle Cloud and Oracle Exadata, propose and construct architectures utilizing middleware such as Oracle FM, and develop DevOps environments using languages like Java/JavaScript, covering the full stack from hardware/OS to application levels.
For Engineers: Participate as an engineer in SI projects utilizing Oracle application products such as Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EPM Cloud, responsible for application design, development, testing, migration, and their management. Primarily involved in developing add-on functions using Java, PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and managing offshore development.
Engage in system introduction and construction for various customers, including global and major Japanese companies across different industries and business types.
Gain deep understanding of customer operations and systems through numerous opportunities for direct engagement with clients.
Collaborate with Accenture's Business Consulting and Operations Consulting departments to engage in large-scale organizational transformations that combine system introduction with business and operational reforms.
Collaborate with international members from Accenture's global Oracle Business Group and offshore locations.
Experience new technologies such as AI/IoT through projects as Oracle develops and releases new products and services.
Freely transfer between teams within the department, such as moving from an application team to a technology team, based on career path and future goals.

Requirements

Finance/Supply Chain: Minimum 1 year of experience in application requirements definition/basic design (Configuration design) using Oracle package products (especially Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud). OR Minimum 3 years of experience in application requirements definition/basic design (Configuration design) using Oracle package products (Oracle EBS, Hyperion Planning, CC&B) and willingness to deepen knowledge in the aforementioned Cloud products.
Finance/Supply Chain: Management skills and experience for tasks from basic design onwards.
Finance/Supply Chain: Experience in basic design/development/testing/introduction of accounting systems, and operational management/functional expansion of accounting systems, regardless of Oracle involvement.
Technology: Minimum 1 year of experience in technical knowledge and infrastructure construction experience in Oracle Cloud.
Technology: Minimum 1 year of experience in technical knowledge and infrastructure construction experience in Oracle Database (RAC, Data Guard, etc.).
Technology: Minimum 1 year of experience in performance tuning of Oracle base systems (including SQL tuning).
Technology: Minimum 1 year of experience in planning skills and experience in Oracle platform integration/renewal.
Technology: Minimum 1 year of experience in technical knowledge and introduction/operation experience in the infrastructure domain of Oracle products such as EBS, Oracle CC&B, SOA/FMW.
Technology: Minimum 1 year of experience in architecture design and construction utilizing Oracle middleware.
Engineer: Minimum 1 year of experience in design/development of add-on programs (screens, reports, batches, interfaces, migration, etc.) for Oracle ERP (especially Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle EBS) using Java, APEX, ADF, PL/SQL, etc.
Engineer: Minimum 1 year of experience in introduction/design/development of Oracle BI products (Analytics Cloud, BIEE, etc.).
Engineer: Minimum 1 year of experience in introduction/design/development of Oracle data integration, interface, and migration infrastructure products (Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Golden Gate, SOA, etc.).
