About the Role

We implement and build application systems and infrastructure using Oracle products for companies across various industries. We provide end-to-end services, from analyzing and improving business processes, selecting systems, and establishing product usage policies in the upstream phase, to requirements definition, design, development, testing, migration, and post-launch stabilization support, with upstream work primarily in Japan and development offshore.

Responsibilities

Participate in the planning and design phases of Oracle product implementations, analyze current business processes, identify tasks for system implementation, and collaborate with clients to build/revise business processes to enhance implementation effects.
Contribute to projects with a comfortable atmosphere and appropriate scale, where each member has autonomy.
For Finance/Supply Chain: Communicate with clients from the planning/design stages, define requirements, perform basic design (configuration design), and handle development, testing, migration, and post-launch stabilization support for business transformation using Oracle accounting and SCM applications.
For Technology: Propose and build infrastructure using technologies like Oracle Cloud and Oracle Exadata, leverage middleware like Oracle FM for architecture, and set up DevOps environments using languages like Java/JavaScript, covering the full stack from hardware/OS to application levels.
For Engineers: Participate in SI projects using Oracle application products like Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EPM Cloud, responsible for application design, development, testing, migration, and management. Primarily develop add-on features using Java, PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and manage offshore development.
Engage in system implementation and construction for various clients, including major global and Japanese companies across industries.
Gain deep understanding of client operations and systems through direct interaction.
Collaborate with Accenture's Business Consulting and Operations Consulting departments to engage in large-scale organizational transformations that include business and operational reforms, not just system implementations.
Collaborate with international members from Accenture's global Oracle Business Group and offshore locations.
Experience new technologies such as AI/IoT through projects.
Freely transfer between teams, such as moving from an application team to a technology team, based on career path and future goals.

Requirements

Finance/Supply Chain: 1+ year of experience in application requirements definition/basic design (configuration design) using Oracle package products (especially Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud). OR 3+ years of experience in application requirements definition/basic design (configuration design) using Oracle package products (Oracle EBS, Hyperion Planning, CC&B) and willingness to deepen knowledge in the aforementioned Cloud products.
Finance/Supply Chain: Management skills and experience for tasks from basic design onwards.
Finance/Supply Chain: Experience in basic design/development/testing/implementation of accounting systems, and operational management/functional enhancement experience of accounting systems, regardless of Oracle involvement.
Technology: 1+ year of experience in technical knowledge and infrastructure construction experience in Oracle Cloud.
Technology: 1+ year of experience in technical knowledge and infrastructure construction experience in Oracle Database (RAC, Data Guard, etc.).
Technology: 1+ year of experience in performance tuning of Oracle base systems (including SQL tuning).
Technology: Planning skills and experience in Oracle base system integration/renewal.
Technology: Technical knowledge and implementation/operation experience in the infrastructure domain of Oracle products such as EBS, Oracle CC&B, SOA/FMW.
Technology: Experience in designing/building application architectures utilizing Oracle middleware.
Engineer: 1+ year of experience in designing/developing add-on programs (screens, reports, batch, interfaces, migration, etc.) for Oracle ERP (especially Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle EBS) using Java, APEX, ADF, PL/SQL, etc.
Engineer: Experience in implementation/design/development of Oracle BI products (Analytics Cloud, BIEE, etc.).
Engineer: Experience in implementation/design/development of Oracle data integration/interface/migration infrastructure products (Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Golden Gate, SOA, etc.).
