About the Role

The AIX team is central to Samsung Ads' AI transformation, aiming to deliver powerful and safe AI tools to all departments. This role involves partnering with a Product Owner and Principal Architect to drive a GenAI roadmap, with a focus on agentic AI. The team is small, senior, and high-trust, offering direct visibility with leadership, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape AI adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy custom GenAI automation and productivity tools for business teams.
  • Build and scale complex agentic workflows, implementing task decomposition, tool orchestration, decision-making loops, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
  • Design and maintain multi-agent patterns for tasks like document analysis, research synthesis, data transformation, and cross-system process automation.
  • Serve as the technical expert for AWS Bedrock, Claude, AnythingLLM, and the homegrown GenAI platform.
  • Integrate agentic AI workflows with core business systems (CRM, HRIS, finance tools, collaboration platforms).
  • Define safety guardrails, escalation paths, and human oversight mechanisms for autonomous workflows, ensuring compliance with Samsung's security, privacy, and data classification policies.
  • Define and track business-focused KPIs, including workflows automated, hours saved, tool adoption rates, and user satisfaction.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and vendors, conducting hands-on POCs to guide the technical roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Strong Software/Systems Engineering experience.
  • 2+ Years of Production GenAI deployment experience.
  • Absolute proficiency in Python, RAG architectures, and Vector Databases.
  • Deep understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol / Master Control Prompts), including best practices and security guardrails.
  • Clear communication skills to explain complex AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AWS Bedrock.
  • Hands-on experience with open-source AI tooling.
  • Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude Agent SDK).
  • Familiarity with enterprise data classification.
