About the Role
At HelloFresh, you will support and drive cross-functional, high impact projects across multiple markets in Europe, playing a pivotal role in our mission to change the way people eat, forever.
Responsibilities
- Support and lead high-stakes, transformative operational projects across our European markets
- Collaborate closely with diverse cross-functional teams and European markets, acting as a connector within the business
- Identify growth opportunities, analyze complex data sets and build software to develop and implement strategic initiatives
- Balance studies with a flexible 20-hour work week in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly rewarding environment
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field) with at least 18 months of studies remaining
- Solid foundation in Operations or Supply Chain Management, backed by either practical internship experience or a dedicated academic focus
- Sharp analytical mindset, thriving when solving complex, unstructured problems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling confident work in an international environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Business-fluent English; additional proficiency in German is a plus
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience experimenting with or integrating AI tools into daily workflow
