About the Role
The Operations Supervisor assists management in achieving hotel objectives, primarily overseeing the Front Desk and supporting administrative duties to ensure superior guest service and product quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing guest services and facility operations including sales, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and human resources.
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Supervise team members in accordance with organizational policies and laws.
- Conduct interviewing, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
- Plan, assign, and direct work while resolving employee and guest complaints.
Requirements
- Hospitality, customer service, food and beverage, or bartending experience.
- Ability to understand company concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
- Open availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
