About the Role
Join the Real Estate Team as a Specialist Expansion & Location Development, managing real estate for the WKDA Real Estate & Procurement Department, which supports the operational needs of all AUTO1 Group locations. WKDA, with over 700 branches across Europe, is part of the AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support negotiations for cooperations, project assignments, new leases, renewals, and replacements of locations.
- Acquire new locations by building a network of contacts with brokers, property managers, investors, and project developers.
- Support on-site property viewings and independently review and negotiate lease, rental, and framework agreements.
- Organize the opening process for leased locations and the return of rental properties in collaboration with the team.
- Create analyses and innovative concepts for decision-making regarding the development of the nationwide branch network.
- Evaluate and manage existing properties in commercial and contractual matters, serving as the primary point of contact for any uncertainties or questions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Real Estate, preferably in the expansion of a chain store.
- Previous experience in a dynamic work environment (e.g., Start-Up) is a plus.
- Completed vocational training in real estate management or a comparable university degree.
- Comfortable working with numbers and proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Possession of a Class B driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Fluent German (C1 level) in spoken and written communication; English skills are advantageous.
