About the Role

Join the Real Estate Team and manage real estate for the WKDA Real Estate & Procurement Department, supporting the operational needs of all AUTO1 Group locations. WKDA, with over 700 branches across Europe, is part of the AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage negotiations for cooperations, project assignments, new leases, renewals, and replacements of locations.
• Acquire new locations by building a network of contacts with brokers, property managers, investors, and project developers.
• Support on-site property viewings and independently review and negotiate rental, lease, and framework agreements.
• Organize the opening process for leased locations and the return of rental properties in collaboration with the team.
• Create analyses and innovative concepts for decision-making regarding the development of the nationwide branch network.
• Evaluate and manage existing properties in commercial and contractual matters, serving as the primary point of contact for any queries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Real Estate, preferably in the expansion of a chain store.
• Previous experience in a dynamic work environment (e.g., a startup) is a plus.
• Completed vocational training in real estate management or a comparable university degree.
• Comfortable working with numbers and proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Fluent in spoken and written German (C1); English skills are advantageous.
