About the Role
Scalable Capital is a leading digital investment and banking platform empowering people across Europe to shape their finances. We are seeking a leader to manage our CA team, provide technical support, and develop IT processes in a fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Disciplinary and technical management of the CA team
- Responsibility for technical 2nd level support and maintenance for cloud applications
- Management and further development of IT processes in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
- Establishment and maintenance of internal and external tools
- Close cooperation and regular exchange with security, infrastructure, and business teams
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in information technology or training in the field of IT (specialist information technology system integration or similar)
- Experience in the disciplinary management of teams
- Proven success in IT project management
- Demonstrated ability in complex root cause analysis and systematic problem resolution
- Commitment to high-quality deliverables and rigorous standards in solution deployment and documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, preventative mindset with a focus on identifying potential future issues and implementing forward-looking solutions
- Strong functional and architectural understanding of key enterprise IT platforms, including Google Workspace, Atlassian suite, Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- High sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data
- Strong service orientation and high quality awareness
- Proactive, independent and solution-oriented way of working
