About the Role

As a team member, you will help build relationships with the right partners to make our products even better known. With your enthusiasm and organizational talent, you will play an important role in growing our brand in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to expanding our brand presence in the DACH region by building successful collaborations with relevant influencers on various platforms.
  • Identify, contact, and negotiate with influencers and agencies to build mutually beneficial partnerships that align with our company goals.
  • Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and interaction in the DACH market.
  • Track and analyze the success of influencer collaborations using relevant KPIs to make data-driven decisions for maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams focused on the DACH market to meaningfully integrate influencer marketing into larger campaigns and support the team with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date on current industry trends, competitor strategies, and new social media platforms to further advance our brand in the DACH region.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you can support us starting immediately and work 20 hours per week.
  • You can attend team meetings on Mondays and Thursdays.
  • You are currently enrolled at a university studying business, communications, marketing, or a comparable field.
  • You live in or around Berlin and are eager to work regularly on-site at our office in Berlin-Schöneberg.
  • Your heart beats for the DACH region – you speak fluent German and have very good English skills.
  • First experiences in influencer marketing or partnership management are an advantage.
  • You are familiar with social media platforms, especially in the DACH region, and enjoy staying up-to-date on current influencer marketing trends.
  • You are creative, flexible, and well-organized.
  • Thanks to your strong time management, you maintain an overview even with multiple projects, information overload, or lack of guidelines and create structure yourself.
  • With your strong communication and negotiation skills, you build and maintain relationships, enjoy working independently, and take responsibility.
