About the Role
Join the ride! We are looking for a working student for damage reports in our Claims Team in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Be part of the Claims Team in Berlin and work closely with Claims Managers of MILES Cities.
- Act as the interface to our Product, Finance, and Repair Shop teams.
- Review submitted damage reports for our vehicles nationwide and record them in our system.
- Check for duplicate damage reports.
- Create damage reports in the Berlin business area and upload them to the system.
Requirements
- Willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
- Passion for vehicles and technical understanding.
- Conscientious and thorough work approach.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus.
- Valid driver's license class B.
