About the Role

We are seeking architects and civil engineers interested in developing or starting a career in energy consulting. We are a fast-growing GreenTech company specializing in energy-efficient renovations, guiding clients from analysis to implementation with technical expertise and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct energy assessments for renovation concepts and construction projects.
• Manage and document applications for funding (e.g., BAFA / KfW).
• Liaise with clients, planners, and contractors.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable renovation strategies.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, and building technology.
• Independent and structured work approach.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of client interaction.
• Initial experience in construction is advantageous but not required.
