About the Role
Thriving Center of Psychology is seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) for a full-time, salaried position on a hybrid schedule, combining in-office work in Manhattan with remote flexibility. This W2 role offers a steady caseload, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive clinical community.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to adults across a range of presenting concerns, in person and by telehealth.
- Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
- Carry a sustainable caseload with the support of weekly case consultation.
- Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of LCSW, LMHC, and LMFT clinicians.
Requirements
- Must hold an active, clear New York LMFT license.
- Master's degree in marriage and family therapy.
- At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to adults independently in an outpatient setting.
- Must be able to work a 40-hour work week, with a goal of seeing 27 clients per week.
- Comfort carrying a full clinical caseload of adult clients.
- A collaborative approach and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Experience delivering psychotherapy in person or by telehealth.
