About the Role

The KDN Solution Lead – AI will be a leader for AI offerings, instrumental in strategy, planning, directing, and controlling AI-associated solutions, evolving the portfolio, functions, and delivery of all AI portfolio of solutions. This role defines and provides strategic and technical direction for AI solution and delivery operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the long-term strategy, value proposition, and differentiation for the AI solution and offering.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to shape offering direction.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for stakeholders, Member Firms, and customers.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, alliances, and customer success to drive adoption.
  • Engage customers directly during solution demos, roadmap presentations, and escalations.
  • Foresee AI’s long-term impact on industries and integrate it into organizational strategy.
  • Champion customer advocacy and long-term value realization.
  • Own the solution scale-up, utilization, center strategy, and P&L for the platform or solution portfolio.
  • Be accountable for operational and Financial KPIs set for AI solution/service portfolio each FY.
  • Define and own the organization's AI roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases across functions and evaluate emerging AI technologies for adoption.
  • Drive AI-first thinking across the organization.
  • Build, mentor, and scale AI/ML/Data Science teams and establish best practices for model development, deployment, and governance.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle through to production.
  • Ensure scalable AI/ML architecture and MLOps practices while ensuring responsible AI practices including ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance.
  • Partner with business leaders and clients to prioritize AI initiatives.
  • Present AI strategy and outcomes to clients and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with platforms, product, security, and data teams.
  • Define AI governance frameworks for the organization.
  • Ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance, and model transparency.
  • Monitor model performance and risk.

Requirements

  • Exposure to AI governance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in building AI business, solutions, and competency.
  • Experience in Generative AI, LLM, and prompt engineering.
  • Extensive experience in technology within an AI/ML leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ML frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Deep understanding of ML algorithms, LLMs, and AI architecture.
  • Proven experience in deploying AI solutions at scale across industries.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Leadership and people skills: Capable of guiding teams through digital transformation and AI adoption.
  • Ability to build talent, experience in building and mentoring AI teams, fostering innovation and upskilling employees.
  • Ethical and Governance competencies: Responsible AI practices, knowledge of fairness, transparency, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Risk Management: Ability to anticipate and address ethical, legal, and risk implications of AI deployment and guide organizations and clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with GenAI, LLM finetuning, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience in building and scaling up AI competency and practice.
  • MBA or business leadership exposure is a plus.
