About the Role

Provide 2nd level support for Corporate systems and workflows, focusing on CT but collaborating with FCM support. Act as a subject matter expert, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with global teams. This role requires strong communication, business acumen, and experience with front-end applications like Amadeus. This is a fixed-term contract position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd level support for Corporate systems and workflows (Online/Offline).
  • Support CT processes and collaborate with FCM support analysts.
  • Troubleshoot system and workflow issues.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the field.
  • Coordinate with global teams.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders at all company levels.
  • Lead support efforts across multiple products and systems.
  • Liaise with developers to fix issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months experience at Flight Centre or 2 years external business travel experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GDS and processes.
  • Experience in a commercial or business environment.
  • Proven success in previous roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff at all levels.
  • Naturally perceptive with good judgment and understanding of requirements.
  • Demonstrated business acumen.
  • Ability to contribute to and understand the business plan.
  • Knowledge of various support methods and solutions.
  • Attention to detail for triage, troubleshooting, and testing.
  • Ability to understand business needs and tailor advice/training.
  • Motivated and focused to achieve goals.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities.
  • Willingness to perform ad-hoc duties requiring flexibility in working hours and location.
