About the Role
We are hiring an APP Data Analyst to join Burberry’s Asset & Profit Protection team, supporting a global function that helps protect our people, operations and business performance. This role is at the intersection of data, risk and operational excellence, ensuring key reporting and insights are delivered with accuracy and impact. You will help maintain the integrity of critical datasets, support decision-making through analytics, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen risk management and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance Asset & Profit Protection operational data, ensuring accuracy, consistency and data integrity across multiple sources.
- Cleanse, validate and manage incident, investigation, compliance and operational datasets to support reliable reporting.
- Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards, Power Apps and reporting tools used across global stakeholder groups.
- Support digital fraud activities, including chargeback analysis and related data investigations where required.
- Deliver analysis and reporting to support stock loss, compliance and risk-management initiatives across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate reporting and create new data solutions that drive efficiency and insight.
Requirements
- Experience working with large datasets and delivering accurate, insight-led reporting.
- Strong Excel capabilities and experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI and Power Apps.
- A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality.
- Confidence working independently while building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Curiosity and a proactive mindset when identifying trends, risks and opportunities within data.
