  • Strong senior stakeholder management capability—able to establish trusted relationships with business and technology leaders across functions, including Risk/Compliance partners.
  • Deep practical experience running programme governance routines (kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder forums, change controls, tollgates) and keeping them effective and decision-oriented.
  • Proven competence in end-to-end integrated planning: scope, milestones, critical path, cross-team dependencies, and delivery sequencing across multiple organisations.
  • Strong track record of dependency management, impediment removal, and RAIDs (risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies) governance, including timely escalation and remediation.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills—able to drive cross-organisation collaboration, align competing priorities, and maintain momentum against timelines.
  • Significant experience producing clear, concise executive reporting on delivery progress, schedule, risks/issues, decisions required, and outcome tracking.

  • Strong financial stewardship experience (budget management, forecasting, variance control) plus practical resource planning across delivery phases.
  • Capability to continuously improve delivery by contributing to process definition/optimisation (templates, routines, controls, portfolio ways of working).
