About the Role

Develop and implement regional Marketing & CRM strategy and tactical plans to meet and exceed company expectations across the EMEAI zone. This includes developing marketing strategies encompassing CRM, partnerships, events, print, digital, and advertising to support the region's commercial and brand goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive all marketing activity across DOS retail, Franchise, and Wholesale, ensuring alignment with Global Marketing Directives and local market requirements.
  • Develop strategic and tailored marketing plans to support brand and commercial goals.
  • Create strategic plans for managing marketing operating budgets and allocations.
  • Oversee the development of CRM program tools and regional tactics.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to develop customer-centric regional strategies.
  • Oversee the development of partnerships to elevate brand positioning and drive new client acquisition.
  • Oversee the development of special experiences and events strategy.
  • Oversee media planning.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to meet objectives within budget.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image across all marketing activities.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Guide the preparation of marketing activity reports for executive management.
  • Analyze and control divisional expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Share Marketing & Communications strategy with franchise and JV PR teams to support brand awareness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners to ensure brand strategy support and maximize exposure.
  • Work closely with regional PR teams to ensure synergy between PR and Marketing strategies.
  • Articulate brand vision and marketing strategy to inspire and motivate a team.

Requirements

  • Graduate caliber individual.
  • Significant previous experience working within a Luxury Fashion Company in a senior marketing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver against marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of people management.
  • Solid understanding of CRM and database management.
  • Experience working in multiple countries and across regions with an understanding of cultural differences and tailoring marketing strategies.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent all-round Marketing and Brand Development skills to implement strategic projects.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to interface with different internal and external departments.
  • Clear and precise presentation and project management skills.
  • Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm, and ability to cope well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to represent the brand within the region.
  • Ability to manage multiple and complex projects within tight timelines.
  • A sense of urgency and ability to deal swiftly with changing needs.
  • Highly organized with an ability to multi-task.
  • Innovative and proactive with a “can do” approach.

Skills

  • Advanced level Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (advantageous).
  • Multiple European Languages (advantageous).
  • Strong awareness of retail and brand strategies.
  • Budget management.
  • Creativity, imagination and strong awareness of the fashion and luxury goods sector.
  • Precision, thoroughness, strategic analysis and problem-solving skills.
