About the Role

The Retirement Plan Consultant will provide objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees eligible for the applicable retirement savings plan. An incentive bonus opportunity is available based on factors including the achievement of pre-defined plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
  • Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
  • Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
  • Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
  • Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them regarding plan participation.
  • Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
  • CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
  • Excellent presentation skills required.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.
  • This role is deemed a “covered associate” under SEC Rule 206(4)-5, 17 CFR § 275.206(4)-5, Political contributions by certain investment advisers, and other federal and state pay-to-play rules.
  • Candidates for the role must not have made any political contributions that, under 17 CFR § 275.206(4)-5 or other federal or state pay-to-play regulations, would disqualify the candidate or Corebridge Financial from conducting Corebridge Financial’s business, or that would otherwise create a conflict of interest for Corebridge Financial.
  • Applicants who are selected to move forward with the application process will be required to disclose all U.S. political contributions they and their household family members have made over the past two years.

Salary/Compensations

  • $60,000-$70,000
