About the Role

UCF is seeking a skilled Research Data Analyst II to support the Research Initiative for Teaching Effectiveness (RITE) within the Division of Digital Learning. This role will advance evidence-based teaching and learning by collaborating with faculty and university units, developing research designs, data collection strategies, and data management approaches to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing designs for research projects evaluating the impact of digital learning.
• Coordinates multiple data collection efforts for research projects.
• Develops data visualizations, presentations, and publications for internal and external audiences to disseminate research results.
• Collaborates with other units to obtain data for research initiatives.
• Assists in the coordination of learning analytics projects and implementing data insights for improving student success.
• Assists in locating external funding agencies and writing grant proposals to support research efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
• All applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
