About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the transformation of traditional managed services businesses into Managed Intelligence Providers, guiding strategic partners in developing AI-powered services and achieving measurable commercial outcomes. You will influence senior leaders and contribute to building the managed intelligence marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic partner transformation engagements from discovery through execution and commercial success.
- Build influential relationships with partner executives and leadership teams.
- Develop tailored transformation roadmaps, milestones, and measurable success indicators.
- Challenge conventional thinking and help partners accelerate AI adoption and business evolution.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, strategic planning sessions, and transformation programmes.
- Support partners in developing new AI-powered services, recurring revenue streams, and commercial growth opportunities.
- Drive adoption of Transformation-as-a-Service delivery models and managed intelligence solutions.
- Monitor progress, remove barriers, and ensure transformation initiatives maintain momentum.
- Partner closely with Sales, Academy, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a seamless experience.
- Capture insights and contribute to the continuous evolution of Pax8's Managed Intelligence offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading transformation, consulting, advisory, or go-to-market initiatives.
- Strong capability to influence senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated success driving behavioural change and organisational adoption.
- Extensive commercial awareness with experience supporting revenue growth, service development, and business transformation.
- A consultative approach balanced with accountability and execution focus.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience within cloud, SaaS, AI, digital transformation, managed services, or related technology environments.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining structure, momentum, and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent relationship-building capability and executive presence.
- Valid right to work in Australia.
- Pre-employment checks including ID verification, reference requests, and qualification checks.
