About the Role

This entry-level position offers opportunities for growth and mentorship with senior technicians in a fast-paced, professional, and positive environment. You will be trained using the latest technologies and equipment to perform service to your fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership processes.
• Perform Lube Oil/Filter, Tire Rotations, Wiper/Blade Replacements, Air Filters, Cabin Filters and digital multi-point inspections.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needs and provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.

Requirements

• Service technician experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have clean & valid driver's license.
• NYS Inspection certification is a plus.
