Rome Health is seeking a Scheduler for the Endoscopy team to ensure accurate patient appointments and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Adheres to the compliance plan, policies and procedures.
- Provides quality service to patients.
- Answers, screens, and routes outside calls.
- Will train to become fluent in Paragon, patient registration, and resource scheduling.
- Covers reception for check-in and check-out when necessary.
- Performs other duties as listed in the job description.
