About the Role
This role will design, build, and execute customer experiences across retail properties, aiming to ensure positive perceptions and optimal visits, while maximizing value against program goals and KPIs. The Marketing Specialist - Experience will support high-priority programs like Holiday and Home of Team Canada.
Responsibilities
- Participate in experience ideation and design, and execute experiences with excellence.
- Contribute to brief or RFP documents for agencies.
- Collaborate with external agencies and property teams on physical experience builds.
- Plan and communicate experience schedules to stakeholders.
- Build playbooks for staffing or customer service training.
- Monitor execution against experience KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve, solve problems, and optimize experience design.
- Provide on-site monitoring and support for Marketing Experience at launch and periodically.
- Manage budget and invoice reconciliation for responsible Experience programs.
- Integrate key learnings and insights into Experience programs with Marketing Intelligence.
- Support setting KPIs for experiences and any survey or research work.
- Track, analyze, and report program performance against key KPIs.
- Track industry trends, best practices, and innovation to test new opportunities.
- Demonstrate passion for Customer Experience and Event Management.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail in management and execution of project timelines, budget management, and task accountability.
- Innovative and growth mindset to identify potential opportunities and apply industry-leading practices.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to generate reports and contribute to presentations showcasing program performance or supporting recommendations.
- Data-driven strategic mindset to incorporate insights and learnings into programs.
- Ability to apply a test and learn approach for ongoing program optimization.
- Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage challenges to successfully deliver against project goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Strong team building skills at a Specialist level.
