About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead the opening of our brand-new flagship store. You will play a key role from day one, building a high-performing team, shaping the customer experience, and driving the success of this new location.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
  • Manage recruitment, pre-boarding, and onboarding of team members.
  • Develop and motivate the team through training, feedback, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure a guest-first approach to build loyalty and strong community relations.
  • Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Create optimal shift plans based on seasonality and store traffic.
  • Manage employee absence, onboarding, and off-boarding in compliance with legal and union requirements.
  • Oversee stock handling, inventory, and waste management.
  • Drive sales and optimize store EBITDA to achieve KPI targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience managing a team of 10 or more employees.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated to become a people-centric leader.
