About the Role

Projektron GmbH is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our headquarters in Berlin. You will play a key role in supporting our European client base and contributing to the ongoing development of our web-based project management software, Projektron BCS.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical inquiries via the ticket system
• Provide 2nd level support
• Communicate with clients via phone, video conferencing, and ticketing
• Assess the feasibility of client requests
• Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and the development team
• Configure systems by writing XML files
• Perform remote installations and updates
• Create reports using BIRT as needed
• Manage hosting instances as needed

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or a relevant university degree
• Solid technical knowledge of Windows or Linux
• Proficiency in XML
• Broad knowledge of and interest in IT topics
• Professional and calm demeanor when dealing with customers
• Ability to work independently and show initiative
• Excellent German language skills (C1 or higher)
• Good English language skills (preferred)
• Knowledge of SQL or BIRT (preferred)
