About the Role

As a central point of contact for existing customers and interested parties, you will professionally support them with inquiries regarding our asset management and general account management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for existing customers and interested parties, providing professional support via phone and email.
• Collaborate with relevant departments and partners to ensure timely, solution-oriented support for complex issues.
• Escalate inquiries to Tier 2 Support when necessary.
• Take ownership of ensuring customer satisfaction and actively foster customer loyalty.
• Continuously expand financial expertise through internal training and self-initiative.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify improvement potential in products and internal processes, working closely with Product, Capital Markets, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Experience in customer contact.
• Practical experience in a comparable role is ideal.
• Affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
• Friendly and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to work conscientiously and detail-oriented under time pressure.
• Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• This position is initially limited to 1 year.
