About the Role
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager on the global Customer Engagement team, you will own the lifecycle strategy for a core topic area, translating strategy into programs and campaigns that keep customers engaged with their subscription. You will partner closely with various teams to design, brief, and scale engagement programs.
Responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle strategy deployment for your topic area and translate it into programs and campaigns that keep customers engaged with their subscription
- Partner with Product Marketing, Physical Product and Tech to spot opportunities that improve the customer experience and support your topic’s goals
- Brief campaigns end-to-end to CRM Operations and Creative teams, ensuring messaging, targeting and execution meet our lifecycle and brand standards
- Work with local market teams across our 30 markets to adapt and roll out global strategy, balancing consistency with local relevance
- Use data to test, measure and continuously optimize campaign performance
- Track and report on the health of your topic area, flagging risks and opportunities to the wider Customer Engagement team
- Support cross-topic initiatives across the Customer Engagement team as needed
Requirements
- Strong commercial acumen — experience operating in a highly commercial function, with the ability to bridge lifecycle marketing thinking with commercial opportunities, and to create opportunity rather than just streamline execution
- A successful experience (3+ years) in CRM, lifecycle marketing, product marketing or a similar role, ideally in a subscription, e-commerce or FMCG environment
- Strong project management skills, with experience briefing and managing cross-functional stakeholders (CRM Operations, Creative, Tech, local teams)
- An analytical mindset — comfortable using data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, across global and local stakeholders
- Fluent in English
