About the Role

The Customer Project Specialist - Commercial Vehicle supports the successful coordination and delivery of customer projects following order placement. This role ensures efficient project delivery and high customer service standards through collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer projects from order placement through to successful delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, business reports, and records.
  • Maintain project dashboards, reports, and documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor project progress, workstreams, and key milestones, identifying risks and escalating issues.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure project activities align with timelines and business objectives.
  • Collect, analyse, and report project data, KPIs, and milestone updates.
  • Maintain accurate project information within internal systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project coordination, project delivery, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • High attention to detail with strong administrative and reporting skills.
  • Ability to analyse information and prepare accurate reports.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience within the automotive, commercial vehicle, engineering, or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
