About the Role
CeFi – Bildung und Verständigung gGmbH is seeking dedicated educators and pedagogical specialists to join our growing network of childcare and educational facilities across various Berlin districts. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality education and care for children.
- Implement pedagogical approaches focused on language development, health, inclusion, diversity, and nature.
- Engage with children and families, understanding and responding to their needs and interests.
- Actively contribute to ensuring equal educational opportunities for all children, regardless of background.
- Participate in professional development and reflection groups.
Requirements
- State-recognized educator, childhood educator, or equivalent pedagogical qualification.
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Ability to connect with children at eye level and adapt to their needs.
- Interest in professional development or existing additional qualifications (e.g., language support, inclusion, nutrition, movement, nature pedagogy, music education).
