About the Role
Ownership of the web support area, including prioritizing incoming requests and ensuring successful implementation. You will make independent decisions and ensure smooth support operations.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the ongoing operation of our hotel websites, from prioritizing incoming requests to successful implementation.
- Evaluate technical inquiries, content adjustments, and customer requests, setting clear priorities and deciding which tasks to handle personally and which to delegate.
- Implement minor technical adjustments, CMS changes, and simple HTML/CSS modifications independently.
- Act as the interface between hotel customers and internal teams such as Development and Customer Success.
- Maintain existing support structures and continuously develop them with clear workflows and scalable processes.
Requirements
- At least three years of project management experience, ideally in the web or agency environment.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, CMS systems, and website structures.
- Experience with common Content Management Systems such as TYPO3 or Drupal.
- Ability to maintain an overview, set clear priorities, and work solution-oriented even with high request volumes and many parallel topics.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and take responsibility for your area of responsibility.
- Actively engage with AI tools and automation possibilities to make processes more efficient and simplify recurring tasks.
