About the Role
As a reliable point of contact for existing and prospective customers, you will professionally support them via phone or email. You will coordinate with relevant departments and partners for complex issues to ensure timely, solution-oriented support. You will also identify improvement potential in our product and internal processes using customer feedback.
Responsibilities
- Professionally support existing and prospective customers via phone or email.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and partners for complex issues.
- Forward inquiries to Tier 2 Support as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and actively strengthen customer loyalty.
- Continuously expand financial expertise through internal training and self-initiative.
- Utilize customer feedback to identify improvement potential in products and internal processes.
Requirements
- Previous customer contact experience is preferred; career changers and/or graduates are also welcome.
- Customer orientation and teamwork are paramount.
- Friendly and positive demeanor with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Very good written and spoken German (min. C1).
- Good written and spoken English (min. B2).
