About the Role

This role involves supporting the daily maintenance, updating, and continuous optimization of international website and app content, ensuring consistent branding and excellent user experience.
Responsibilities
- Support daily maintenance, updating, and continuous optimization of international website and app content.
- Independently implement target-group-specific projects, ensuring consistent branding and excellent user experience.
- Assist in the operational creation, coordination, and provision of in-app content, partner content, and marketing campaigns.
- Help document internal processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Support the team in continuous monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs for in-app communication, website, SEO, and organic discovery.
- Contribute creative ideas and active implementation of growth initiatives and new topics.
Requirements
- Currently studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Media and Communications, Marketing, or a comparable field.
- Structured, process- and detail-oriented work style with an eye for consistent communication, appealing design, and good user experience.
- Strong interest in Content Marketing, Operations, and Content Distribution.
- Experience with common analysis tools (e.g., Semrush, Google Analytics).
- Strong interest and experience in data evaluation and analysis.
- Ideally, initial practical experience in Content Management / with CMS systems.
- Basic knowledge and experience with HTML/CSS.
- Native-level German (C2) and very good English language skills.
