About the Role
Join a leading digital investment and banking platform with a full banking license, empowering people in Europe to manage their finances. We are seeking an individual to support the team in the entire influencer partnership process, from research and initial contact to campaign planning, execution, and reporting. You will help build and maintain strong relationships and long-term collaborations with influencers, coordinate partner content, track deadlines, and ensure smooth communication during campaigns. You will also research and identify relevant influencers, analyze their performance, suggest data-driven improvements, and contribute to developing best practices. Stay up-to-date on influencer and social media trends, contribute creative ideas for influencer activation, and support the social media team as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in the entire process of influencer partnerships, from research and initial contact to campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships and long-term collaborations with influencers.
- Coordinate partner content, track deadlines, and ensure smooth communication during campaigns.
- Research and identify relevant influencers in the finance and non-finance sectors that align with brand goals, company values, and the target audience, thereby helping to expand the influencer portfolio.
- Analyze influencer performance, propose data-driven improvements, and contribute to developing best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on influencer and social media trends.
- Contribute creative ideas for influencer activation.
- Support the social media team in daily business as needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Germany.
- Interest in financial markets and a passion for influencer marketing and social media.
- Proactive and independent work style.
- First professional experience from previous internships is advantageous.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing and/or social media is advantageous.
- Strong interest and ambition to start a career in digital marketing.
- Passion for investments and affinity for fintech solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- For working students: Availability of 16-20 hours/week.
- For interns: Minimum duration of 6 months.
