About the Role
As a Growth Manager, you will work at the interface of C-level, internal stakeholders from Tech, Editorial, and Business, as well as external ventures and cooperation partners. You will develop new business models and products that create sustainable revenue. Your focus will be on identifying, validating, implementing, and scaling new growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop product and growth initiatives end-to-end to sustainably increase revenue.
- Drive go-to-market strategies and optimize performance along clear KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with Tech, Editorial, and Business to build marketable solutions.
- Evaluate initiatives based on data and decide on scaling, pivoting, or stopping.
- Identify new business areas, e.g., in the startup and tech ecosystem, to leverage innovation potential.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in building and scaling digital products or ventures, from conception to ongoing operation.
- Seamlessly transition between strategic analysis (business cases, market assessments) and operational implementation (product development, GTM).
- Experience in collaborating with Tech and Editorial teams, with a good sense for user and revenue potential in the digital media environment.
- Communicate concisely, decision-oriented, and with the ability to make complexity understandable.
- High degree of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and the willingness to drive things forward even with incomplete information.
